This house will be an excellent selection for weekly and monthly bookings. With that in mind, we have discounted these two options. The house is stocked for large groups to cook, entertain, and enjoy lengthy visits. Make sure you look into these discounts when planning your stay.

Your rental home has been lovingly designed and opened by a long-time Melbourne Beach resident and experienced Premier and Super Host. The owner lives a few blocks away and is available most all the time to answer questions and assist with any issue that may arise. Our goal is simple: making your vacation stress-free and a special memory.

Your small, well-behaved pet dog is welcome in the Grand Kabana. Please limit the number of canine pets traveling with you to two or fewer with a combined weight under 100 pounds. All pets must have up-to-date shot records and flea treatment immediately before arrival. For all other types of pets, contact the host for consideration. To keep the Grand Kabana spotless for all guests, constant cleaning is essential. Therefore, we charge $100 per pet per short-term visit of two weeks or less.

The standard cleaning fee for guests staying 3 to 14 days is $550. This fee ensures all guests enjoy an immaculately cleaned home that will satisfy our most discriminating guests. If you are a guest who stays longer than two weeks or a monthly guest, we charge a cleaning fee of $495 approximately two weeks into your stay upon advanced request. This general cleaning includes vacuuming, trash collection, towel and bed linen wash and change, and other general maintenance of the kitchen and bathrooms. More extended stays may have a biweekly cleaning as well. All additional cleaning day requests require 10 days' notice to be scheduled. Guests with a pet need to add a pet cleaning fee.

Your rental has scheduled pool maintenance by an outside vendor weekly. He will arrive unannounced to vacuum the pool and check the chemicals. The owner also periodically checks the pool (especially after storms) and the pool heater, does pool cleaning and blows off the front and rear decks.

Your rental has a once-weekly yard maintenance done that includes light trimming and lawn mowing by an outside vender. He will arrive unannounced as well. Please allow these vendors the courtesy to complete their work for your benefit and enjoyment.

Regular Trash days are Saturday and Wednesday mornings. You may take the trash out to the street cans in the trash can enclosure at the left front of the property. You also may assist by getting cans to the roadside. However, the owner will often help by coming by to take the trash out the night before. Recycle Day is Thursday in the blue recycle can. Yard waste is on Thursday's roadside.

Please Park all vehicles are parked in the gravel or paved parking spaces, and not in front of neighbors' homes or on the roadway. Also, the city requires four cars or less. Text me if you need ideas for storing one or two more. I will try to assist you if possible. 

The Grand Kabana is located in a safe and respectful part of our town. We request you respect the neighbor's and honor quiet time between 8 PM and 8 AM. In general Melbourne Beach is a quiet and relaxed community without large parties or loud noise. Please respect and enjoy the environment here.
